Important: AI Email Assistance helps you draft replies in Gmail. You are responsible for reviewing and sending any message. Please avoid submitting highly sensitive data unless you are authorized to do so.

- Payment metadata (paid plans): payments are processed by Stripe. We may store Stripe customer and subscription identifiers to keep your plan status in sync.
HOW WE USE INFORMATION
- Provide the Service features (email details, suggestions, translations, voice features).
- Authenticate you and associate your plan status with your account.
- Prevent abuse, enforce quotas, and maintain service reliability.
- Process subscription status updates (upgrade, renewal, cancellation) via Stripe webhooks.
- Improve the Service (debugging, performance, and feature development).
HOW WE SHARE INFORMATION
- AI providers: when you use AI features, relevant text is sent to the selected AI model provider (for example OpenAI, DeepSeek, or Google Gemini) to generate results.
- Payment provider: Stripe processes payments and subscription management for paid plans.
- Legal & security: we may disclose information if required by law, or to protect users, prevent fraud/abuse, or address security incidents.
DATA RETENTION
We retain account identifiers and usage records for as long as needed to provide the Service, enforce quotas, and meet legal, security, or billing requirements. We may retain limited logs for troubleshooting and abuse prevention.
SECURITY
We take reasonable measures to protect information in transit and at rest. No system can be 100% secure, so please use the Service responsibly and keep your browser and Google account secure.
YOUR CHOICES
- You can stop using the Service at any time by disabling or uninstalling the extension.
- If you use a paid plan, you can cancel your subscription in Stripe (or via the customer portal if enabled).
- You may contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of your account data, subject to legal and operational constraints.
