AGREEMENT TO TERMS

• Usage limits may reset periodically (typically monthly UTC cycles).
• Payment processing is handled by third-party providers (e.g., Stripe), subject to their terms and policies.
• If payment is disputed, reversed, or refunded for abuse reasons, we may adjust plan access.

PROHIBITED USES AND LIMITATIONS

You agree not to use the Service to:

• send spam, phishing, scams, malware, or fraudulent content;
• generate illegal, hateful, threatening, or abusive communications;
• request or distribute sensitive credentials (passwords, one-time codes, banking PINs, etc.);
• impersonate others in a misleading or harmful way;
• bypass quotas, billing controls, feature locks, or security protections;
• attempt to disrupt, probe, or reverse engineer service infrastructure.

AI OUTPUT DISCLAIMER

AI-generated output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your specific context. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all generated content before sending or relying on it.

PRIVACY AND DATA HANDLING

To operate the Service, we may process account identifiers, feature usage events, and request content needed to deliver AI functionality. By using the Service, you consent to this processing.
